It is important to know that you will not get an erection just by taking Cialis Together tablets. This medicine works with your body’s natural function to get an erection only when you are sexually stimulated.
Cialis Together contains the active ingredient Tadalafil. The ingredient is a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor medicine that temporarily improves blood flow to the penis by relaxing the blood vessels in and around the area.
The Cialis Together medication is available over-the-counter and begins to work about 30 to 60 minutes after taking it. The effects are expected to last up to 36 hours. Cialis Together comes in 10mg tablets and should only be taken when needed.
The active substance Tadalafil is also useful in treating other conditions along with erectile dysfunction. Please consult a Doctor, a Pharmacist or relevant product literature for more information.

If you suffer from erectile dysfunction (impotence) Cialis Together may be an effective treatment. However, it may not be suitable for you if you have the following:
Cialis Together for Erectile dysfunction
The recommended starting dose of Cialis Together is 10mg. The medicine can be taken anywhere from 30 minutes to 4 hours before sexual activity.
Pharmacotherapeutic group:M01AH0079/0408
Indications:Tadalafil is used for the treatment of:.Dosage:The recommended starting dose is 50 mg. The duration of therapy is 2 to 4 hours. After the completion of therapy, see your doctor. If the erection persists for more than 4 hours, see a doctor. The use of cialis with dapoxetine is not recommended for adult men, and the patient must be instructed to inform a doctor. Please consult with the physician before starting cialis with dapoxetine.
Pharmacokinetics:The plasma concentration is achieved within a half-life of approximately 2.5 hours, with half-life in adults of 10.6 hours and that of the patient in 7.6 hours. The effects of cialis with dapoxetine have not been studied.
Interactions:Strict medical conditions such as sickle cell anemia, or hematological disorders may cause the plasma concentration to diminish.
Use:Do not use on the penis; do not use with nitrates, as the combination may cause a severe drop in blood pressure.
Contraindications:Coadministration of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors with recreational drug (e.g. ecstasy, crystal, amyl nitrate) may result in an increase in PDE5-inhibitors. PDE5 inhibitors should not be used together with drugs containing nitrates, as the combination may cause a severe drop in blood pressure. If PDE5 inhibitors have a positive effect on sexual function, consult your doctor.
Side Effects:Common side effects may include headache, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, dizziness, blurred vision, and visual disturbances. Rare but serious side effects, such as priapism (prolonged erection), sudden vision or hearing loss, require immediate medical attention. If you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing, you should consult a doctor.
Caution:Pregnancy and renal risks are possible during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If breastfeeding is required, consult your doctor.
ReferencesCialis with Dapoxetine is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to tadalafil or to any of the ingredients of the generic Cialis with Dapoxetine combination. The patient should be observed for changes in vision such as blurred vision, temporary blindness, or a prolonged and painful erection.
Patients with cardiovascular diseases should not use Cialis with Dapoxetine.
Patients with renal or hepatic dysfunction should use Dapoxetine with caution. Cialis with Dapoxetine is contraindicated in patients with a history of hepatic impairment. The patient should be observed for changes in vision such as decreased blood pressure, blood urea and creatinine production, or acute kidney injury.
Patients with a history of heart attack or stroke should use Dapoxetine with caution in combination with nitrates. Cialis with Dapoxetine is contraindicated in patients with a history of heart failure, hypotension (blood pressure level change of less than 90/50 mmHg), or priapism (prolonged erection).
Patients with diabetes and the use of Cialis with Dapoxetine is contraindicated. Cialis with Dapoxetine is contraindicated in patients with a history of diabetes mellitus, uncontrolled hypertension, or heart failure.
Patients with a history of cardiovascular disease should use Cialis with Dapoxetine in combination with nitrates. Cialis with Dapoxetine is contraindicated in patients with a history of heart failure, hypotension (blood pressure change of more than 90/50 mmHg), or priapism (prolonged erection).
1.Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate): Cialis and nitrates both lower blood pressure. Taking them together can cause a significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke. It is contraindicated to use Cialis with nitrates or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrites).
2.Alpha-blockers (e.g., prazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin): Both Cialis and alpha-blockers relax blood vessels, which can lead to excessive blood pressure reduction when used together. This may result in dizziness, fainting, or orthostatic hypotension (a sudden drop in blood pressure when standing). If needed, your doctor may adjust the dosage or recommend spacing the medications.
3.Other antihypertensive drugs (e.g., atenolol, propranolol, enalapril, lisinopril): Cialis can enhance the blood-pressure-lowering effects of these medications. While this interaction is usually less severe than with nitrates or alpha-blockers, it can still cause dizziness or fainting in sensitive individuals. Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.
